We get many lovely messages like this from happy clients, it's always good to know that we are doing things right and keeeping everyone happy.  Equaly if we get it wrong we want to know, luckily this is a rare occurance and we would always do our utmost to make things right. 

We have been in business now for over 25 years and we have built our reputation on honesty and reliability, we find it is much easier to be honest in the first place than deal with the fall out when it all goes wrong. 

We know many agencies can be dishonest and we have a constant battle convincing new callers that we are not like that.  However once they take the steps to take a chance and book with us we will do our utmost to prove this.
